These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Core Service Professionals dba Decker Service Professionals (“Decker Service Professionals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Decker Service Professionals regarding appointment scheduling and reminders, project and service updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, billing and payment notifications, and periodic promotional offers.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Decker Service Professionals.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project stage and account activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Decker Service Professionals does not charge for this service, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS and others.
Privacy. Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work observed at the time of the walk-through. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as dry rot, water damage or structural issues that were not visible during the estimate, may require a written change order and an adjustment to price or schedule. We will not proceed with additional billable work without your approval.
Exterior work is weather dependent. We may reschedule work when temperature, precipitation or humidity would compromise the quality or durability of the result. We will notify you as soon as a schedule change is known.
Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are stated in your estimate or contract. Final payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Past due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Missouri law.
You may cancel a scheduled project by notifying us in writing. If materials have been ordered or custom items have been fabricated specifically for your project, you may be responsible for those costs.
Our labor is warrantied for one year from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover normal wear, damage from weather events, damage caused by others, movement or settling of the structure, or failure of materials selected by the customer against our recommendation. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you where applicable.
Please provide safe access to the work area, secure pets, and move or protect fragile personal property before the crew arrives. We take reasonable care to protect surrounding areas, but we cannot accept responsibility for items left in the work area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
